1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Tej cargo packers and movers. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

2. Services Offered

We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Packing of household/office items
  • Loading and unloading
  • Transportation of goods
  • Unpacking at the destination
  • Insurance coverage (optional)

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, by phone, or in person at our office.
  • A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made before or at the time of service completion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least [X] days prior to the scheduled move will be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • We take reasonable care in packing and transporting items. However, Tej cargo packers and movers will not be liable for any damage caused to items that are not properly packed by us.
  • We offer optional insurance coverage for damages during transit. Customers must declare the value of goods for this purpose.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused due to unforeseen events like accidents, fires, floods, or natural calamities.

6. Customer Obligations

  • The customer must ensure that all items for packing are ready before the scheduled time.
  • The customer is responsible for informing us about fragile or valuable items.
  • Any delays caused due to the customer’s unpreparedness will result in additional charges.
  • The customer must provide accurate and complete details regarding the pickup and drop-off locations.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being transported:

  • Explosives, firearms, hazardous materials, or illegal substances.
  • Perishable goods or plants.
  • Items of extraordinary value (e.g., cash, jewelry) unless prior arrangements have been made.

8. Delays and Rescheduling

  • While we strive to adhere to the agreed schedule, delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • In case of a significant delay, we will inform the customer and arrange an alternate time at no extra charge.

  • 9. Dispute Resolution

    • In case of any disputes, we encourage the customer to contact our support team.
    • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to [specify jurisdiction] laws, and legal proceedings will take place in Hisar Haryana.

    10. Amendments

    Tej cargo packers and movers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms regularly
